Baby Update!
We received an update on our sweet little boy the other day. It truly warms my heart hearing about what Bear is like, physically and personality wise.
He is now 23.2 inches long and weighs 12lbs. He's grown! Thomas found a US growth chart to see how he compares to other children in height and weight. Turns out he is around the 10th percentile for both, which seems about right as Ethiopian babies are generally smaller than babies born in the US.
The report also said that he "Babbles and laughs while playing. Smiles spontaneously. Stretches arms to reach objects." and "The care takers adore ____________. He is a playful child." It kind of makes me proud hearing that the nannies "adore" him!
Can't wait to see his little personality first hand and be captured by all his darlingness! (I know that's not a word!)

I am praying that you will be able to wrap your arms around that sweet little boy soon!
It must be nice to know that your baby is being loved and "adored" while he waits for you. God has been keeping him just for you! Congrats on the update :)
He will be home soon!
I'm so excited to hear those little details about him! Can't wait to meet him!
